Self Isolating: Time for reflections

I have tested positive for Corona Virus and should self isolate for 10 days. Today I am on second day. 8 more days to go .I could be much worse like when I had the first dose of vaccine and it made me so ill that I wondered how strong the real virus could be. I am able to sit down and write this blog entry because some genius brilliant human minds could find a way to make the effect of virus mild enough so people can be much less crushed by the virus. But the fact that virus still circulates is still unsettling and behind the façade of maintaining the life as usual, we are still under shadowed by power of nature.

I am not sure how the illness goes after being vaccinated. Should I expect it get worse before it gets better? I will find out.

We had the two exciting events at the Arnolfini and the Cube cinema last weekend ( 9-10 October).BEEF members spent 3 months of residency at the Cube Cinema, exploring the history of the cinema and its connection with the works and experiments of Ian Breakwell. We learned a lot from the process and at the end, the contributions of different members created a coherent piece with an exciting chaotic ending of paper tearing and image mash up.
