Taxonomy

Taxonomy (from Greek verb τασσεῖν or tassein = "to classify" and νόμος or nomos = law, science, cf "economy") was once only the science of classifying living organisms (alpha taxonomy), but later the word was applied in a wider sense, and may also refer to either a classification of things, or the principles underlying the classification. Almost anything, animate objects, inanimate objects, places, and events, may be classified according to some taxonomic scheme.

Vague Ideas, Just to start:
The whole idea begins this way:
I was sitting in my room, gazing to nothing and actually feeling a bit sad.
Then I just looked down on the floor and saw these objects-pens, pencills, the lighter, the cigarette box-back grounded with the red carpet on the floor in a very beautiful composition. The colours, the texture and the shapes matched. It was like they were carefully set to be framed as a picture. All of a sudden it became like a game. Taking pictures of random objects around my floor and the whole bad mood was gone. That’s how objects can become close freinds. They can amuse you, play games with you and that’s how thay can become like characters.
I am curious about the diary of objects. The special occasions are always reminded by the objects that were present at that moment. That's why a simple eraser or tiny earring can become such a valuable thing. Objects have they own history. They are solid, silent and quite mysterious.
I want to treat the taxonomy project as a tribute to the joy that objects have given me.
What I am going to do:
I have this photo of random objects on the floor. I might collage some objects from different photos and put them beside each other in randomly way. By zooming in them, new imagery is revealed. Some abstract shapes and lines .It’s like fortune telling from cup of coffe.Just interpreting what the accidentally formed shapes and lines might imply. I am going to rotoscope the imageries, add my story to them and by zooming out, little by little, reveal the fact that these whole situations were simply drawn from accidentally installation of daily objects.
I am going to list irrelevant words. Each image has a name, relating to what it shows. But there is no logical relation between these image-word packages at first. I am actually going to use the Words and their pronunciation as a soundtrack to my images. In fact, these are not the words that explain the taxonomic scheme. I am using zoom out as the devise of taxonomic scheme.
This is going to be quite a new way for me to deal with a brief. This time I am not going to strart with a narrative.I want to come up with the story within the process. But I am not going to impose it either. At the same I want to try some simple techniques that I ‘ve been thinking about recently.
